Pathways to Recovery

Pathways to Recovery is here

To help participants build stability, strengthen confidence, and create a practical path forward.

Pathways to Recovery is an initiative supported through the NJDOL that helps adults impacted
by the opioid crisis take the next step in finding purpose and build a fulfilling career. Through the
program, participants work with our team to identify their employment goals, build job readiness
skills, and connect with training opportunities that can lead to industry-recognized credentials
and meaningful employment.

Our program offers support with career planning, resume writing, interview preparation, job
readiness, occupational training, job coaching, employer connections, and follow-up support
after starting work. Supportive services may also be available when they are needed to help
participants stay engaged, complete training, and move toward employment.
